Sexy BipashaYou probably won’t be surprised to know that Bipasha Basu is not naturally endowed (if you know what we mean).

Like Rakhi Sawant (and several other actresses), Bipasha got a boob job four years ago.

Unlike Rakhi, however, Bipasha hasn’t paid the doctor his fee of Rs 2.5 lakh! Interestingly, the doctor who operated on Bipasha is the same one that operated on Rakhi.

Dr Ashok Gupta, a reputed cosmetic surgeon in Mumbai, runs a clinic in the Opera House area and Bipasha visited him in 2002.

Bipasha Before SurgeryPost the surgery (August 17, 2002), Gupta’s staff frequently called Bipasha to recover Rs 2.5 lakh for the surgery and hospitalisation charges, but the actress is yet to pay up.

“Six months ago, Dr Gupta made a last ditch attempt and called Bipasha, but she didn’t answer.

He then tried calling John, but he too did not respond,” says a source, who reveals that Bipasha visited the doctor just before she started shooting for Jism.

The source adds that she registered herself under the alias Susan Noodhah and was accompanied by a female friend.

“When she came to Dr Gupta for the silicone implants, Bipasha did not have a good figure.

She stayed at the clinic for two days and her bustline was increased by three inches. Soon after, she started work on Jism.”

So why didn’t Bipasha pay up? “Dr Gupta has operated on several celebrities who come with good references, so it’s done in good faith.

Bipasha After SurgeryIn fact, more often than not Dr Gupta enters a fake name in his register so as to protect the identity of a high-profile client.

Before leaving the hospital, Bipasha said she would send the money soon but it’s been four years since,” the source adds.

When contacted, Dr Gupta simply says, “Such things happen. I don’t want to say more.”

It is learnt that this is not the first cosmetic surgery that Bipasha has undergone.

According to sources at Dr Gupta’s clinic, she has previously had surgery on her ears and then boyfriend Milind Soman had visited her there.

Neither Bipasha nor John reverted back to deny or confirm the story.
