Rani in Ta Ra Rum PumSeems like it is the season of marriages in Bollywood. After the grand wedding of Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai , it is now Rani Mukherjee who seems to be thinking of settling down.

Playing a doting mother in Tara Rum Pum has made Rani think of marriage and children, she told a prominent weekly newspaper.

Rani and her co-star in ‘Tara Rum Pum’ Saif Ali Khan , who plays an international race car driver in the film, portray college sweethearts who have two children in the movie which opens on Friday.

The film is about the couple trying to save their marriage after Saif is seriously injured in a car accident.

Rani told the newspaper that playing a mother was a wonderful experience.

“It made me feel that seven years down the line I would be like that or probably if I had married early and had kids early, by now I would be the mother of two kids,” Rani was quoted as saying.

Rani described her new character as a typical woman “who can face tough times with courage and a smiling face.”
