Akshay Kumar turned blue with Katrina Kaif

Katrina is on a career high with all her films in 2007 being super-hits. Her forthcoming Race is already being touted as a potential blockbuster. Interestingly, she was paired opposite Akshay Kumar in three of her four releases last year. The latest in her kitty is Blue, again opposite Kumar. Apparently, she replaced Priyanka Chopra in the Ashtavinayak film. Akshay was keen to have Priyanka do the role opposite him, until wife Twinkle Khanna got a whiff of it. She was clearly annoyed with the idea, which is when Katrina got the offer. Looks like 2008 may yield yet another smash-hit.
