Deepika PadukoneMumbai: The latest Bollywood buzz is that Shah Rukh starrer “Chennai Express” has been sold out for Rs 105 crore. The film is made by Rohit Shetty. As Rohit baba has teamed up with the King Khan of Bollywood its no wonder that the junta as well as the traders are interested in the film. Rohit’s last venture “Bol Bachchan” too earned an awesome price. Co-producer of the film, Siddharth Roy Kapur has restrained himself from commenting anything on this news.

However a trade source revealed that SRK and a film company are working towards partnership on this project. There is a high possibility that the film-makers will be selling home video, music rights and satellites to other corporations, while keeping with themselves the national and overseas theatrical rights. The 105 crore figure that has been revealed is an approximate amount, and the actual transaction will be talked about soon.

Rohit Shetty’s last venture “Bol Bachchan” which starred Abhishek Bachchan, Ajay Devgn and Asin Thottumkal, though is a hit, but did not touch the 100 crore benchmark. But it seems CE will solve the problem and will be a record-maker as one of the most talented directors of today Rohit Shetty has teamed up with one and only Badshah Khan of Bollywood.
