Genelia D’Souza makes her comeback on TV with The Chosen One
Mumbai: If you are trying to guess of what Genelia D’Souza is up-to after her marriage with Riteish Deshmukh, here’s an update about the chirpy girl. She is gearing up for her small screen comeback. She will be the mentor in a show named “The Chosen One” to be aired on UTV Stars. Her last stint on TV was in 2009 with “Big Switch”. She is an integral part of the upcoming show. She tied the knot with her long time boyfriend Riteish this February. Her last film was with her hubby only “Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya”. A source said that Genelia will be the mentor of youngsters who have participated in the show.
Also Genelia have already posted about the show on her Twitter account, but she only hinted at it, without disclosing the details. Last Monday she wrote on her microblogging site, that she will tell the details in a few days. But she enjoyed the shooting after 3 months gap, and the team was great, she added.
The participants in “The Chosen One” will be an insider of B-Town, and will gain a lot of knowledge about the industry and gossips especially, and would get in touch with the who’s who of Bollyworld. The channel is hunting down for a face, to represent the channel. Shamoly Khera and Imam Siddique will be anchoring the show.
