Paan Singh TomarGwalior: Balwant Singh has filed a first investigation report against the director of the movie ‘Paan Sing Tomar’. According to police a case was lodged against Tigmanshu Dhulia who has made the film on Balwant Singh. The case was lodged at Madhavganj Police station in Gwalior. Balwant Singh has reported that the director of the movie has offered him Rs. 40 lakhs for knowing the details of his uncle transformation from an athlete to a dacoit.

According to the report of Balwant Singh the director has visited his house at the Guda village and asked him about Paan Singh in 2010. He claimed that the film crew members have moved around Chambal for 4 months researching about the facts related to Paan Singh.

According to Rajeev Jhanjlee, Madhavganj SHO, the investigation has been launched to find out the facts about the case. The movie ‘Paan Singh Tomar’ is set to hit the theatres on Friday. In this movie actor Irrfan Khan is playing the role of Paan Singh Tomar, a resident of Bhidausa village of Morena district. According to the film plot, the actor is a subedar of Indian army. He has won steeplechase event seven years a row at the National Games. He turned out to be a rebel in the Chambal valley after the killing of his two family members due to the land dispute.
