Shahid Kapoor’s Journey from an unknown Youngster to the Heartthrob of Bollywood
Mumbai: Life was not a bed of roses for Shahid Kapoor. He had seen a lot of ups and downs in his life, before he achieved a permanent position as a hero in Bolly land. He reminisced his pre-life during his film’s release “Mausam”. Though Pankaj Kapoor, Shahid’s daddy is already an established actor of Bollywood, but getting chance in films was not easy for Shasha. He debuted with the movie “Ishq Vishk” in the year 2003. From that time, till today, Shahid has immensely grown up as an actor, and has almost perfected the skill. His latest flick “Mausam” where he displays his mettle as an actor.
When Shahid started his career as an actor, he hardly knew what to do, and which path to take. He was passionate about acting, and thus tried his luck in Bollywood. His daddy Pankaj Kapoor, told me to learn all by himself, because one learns from the mistakes he makes. So there was Shahid, not sure of what to do, making mistakes, getting rejected, and finally the day dawned when he got his first break in films. He loves to act in films, and has no plans of directing movies. Shahid has gifted the industry with great films like “Vivah” in 2006, “Jab We Met” in 2007, “Kaminey” in 2007, “Badmaash Company” in 2010 and “Mausam” this year.
