Dev Anand speaks about Chargesheet
Mumbai: Dev Anand had a long interview with the media just a few days before his birthday which is on 26th of September. He has shifted to his office from his home, as his house is getting renovated. He will be 88 this birthday, and he is all ready for his release on 30th this month of his film named “Chargesheet – A murder mystery”.
Dev Sahab says he never had a pompous celebration of his birthday as a superstar generally has. But he receives a lot of phone calls from his fans asking him to meet them. It does not matter to him when his contemporaries never wish him on his birthdays, he says they are too busy to do so. And the only celebration he likes is to act in films and make films every year.
He gets never tired, and says he wont like to get a fulfilled life, since that would mean his retirement. He would love to have some of his desires unfulfilled, and says he is not only alive, but he is more than that. Dev Sir says he stays fit because he eats less and is not indulged in any bad habits. He will be working on the super hit film “Hare Rama Hare Krishna”’s sequel soon.
