Karisma wants Manish Malhotra design for Dangerous Ishq
Mumbai: Dazzling Karisma, popularly known by the nick name of “lolo”, the first green-eyed in the Kapoor-family and 1996 Filmfare Award Winner for Best Actress for her role in ‘Raja Hindustani’, is gallantly returning to the bollywood film-world. She is the chosen one for Vikram Bhatt’s “Dangerous Ishq”. On her return to the silver-screen, she has extended a request to her director saying that she would prefer to have her most preferred costume designer Manish Malhotra on board.
The actress beseeched good bye from movies after getting coupled with Delhi-based industrialist Sanjay Kapur in 2003. Since then, it is for the first time when glaring Karisma has taken a break from her no-cinema-life to meet Bhatt last week at her residence. While distinctively talking to Bhatt, Karisma talked about every facet of her return as a celebrity to her previously successful film-career. She manifestly stated it to her director that she would be capable of working during the spare-time available only after following her beloved kids’ daily schedules. Karisma sounded very concerned for Samiera, the daughter born on March 9th, 2005 in Bombay and her baby-boy, Kiaan Raj Kapoor born on March 12th, 2010.
Nidhi Yasna who designed the costumes for Bhatt’s ‘Haunted’ has been given the responsibility to go for an elaborate research on intricately designed costumes having historical relevance that help the actress match through five different epochs.
We hope Karisma will jubilantly return to her past glory!
