Aamir Khan’s scrudity shocks Anubhav Sinha
Mumbai: Anubhav Sinha, for the uninformed, is the director of the much-awaited Sharukh Khan starrer – ‘Ra.One’, the first time Sharukh Khan will portray the role of a super-hero. The star, apparently, feels he has never essayed this role before and his own idolis Batman. To get back to Anubhav, he has expressed acute distaste anddisappointment for the Aamir Khan produced movie – Delhi Belly due to the song- Bhaag DK Bose. The phrase sung many times over would be resembling a much-used Hindi abuse – Bh***ke – hence the discomfort. Anubhav’s basic objection is that if the movie is an adult one then should the song be playedover public domain like news channels or general entertainment channels at normal timings when his nine year old son, Shlok, and other children at tender ages could see it.
Citing embarrassment if he were to hear his son sing this risqué song, Anubhav is also disappointed in Aamir whom he considers to be a very politically and socially aware person, not to mention a responsible Indian citizen. He has also expressed shock in an uncensored version wherein a girl is dry-humping what seems like the close-up of Imran Khan’s erection. Anubhav is willing to give Aamir the benefit of doubt, that this could well be an oversight and not a deliberate attempt but feels that the audience should not be underestimated.
