A celebratory party was held was to congratulate Rani Mukerji’s brother, Raja Mukerji, on his latest television venture. And the entire Mukerji khandaan — sister Rani and parents Ram and Krishna — were present to support him.

Rani came a tad later than the rest of the family, but sat through the AV presentation with them, after which she left for another commitment. Wearing her clear glasses from beginning to end, Rani also wore a proud smile on her face throughout.

A couple of TV stars were also present; most of them entered fashionably late (blame it on late night shoots and Mumbai’s killing traffic!). Shivani Gosai, Sanjiv Seth and Papiya Sengupta arrived together. While Kritika Mehta and Trupti Shukla hung out together, Aashish Kaul and Kashish kept one another company. Films meet television once again.
